COUNCIL
The Church Council oversees the life and
activities of this congregation in accordance with the Word of God. We
meet the third Monday of the month, at 7:00 p.m., in the Trouper's
Room.
All adults and Youth Leaders are welcome
to attend.
LAY LEADERSHIP TEAM
It is the task of this group to
ensure that all teams necessary for the operation of the church have a full
compliment of at least nine members. Team members are elected to a term of three
(3) years. This group meets with the minister beginning in late summer and
continuing as long as needed to fill the vacancies created by out-going member
of teams and to provide sufficient team members to carry out God’s work.
STAFF PASTOR-PARISH RELATIONS
COMMITTEE
The SPRC is the administrative
unit where staff and congregational interests are integrated to focus on the
mission of the church. The SPRC has some of the same functions of a personnel
office or Human Resources department. Any concern from the staff or congregation
can be brought to the SPRC for discussion/resolution. We meet the first Monday
of the month (every other month) at 7:00 PM in the Assembly room. Members of our
group are appointed by the Lay Leadership Team.
